Workshop Brochure Sample Agenda
WEF, in partnership with the US EPA, has developed a Fats, Oils, and Grease Management Training Course and has been conducting workshops at various locations across the country. Utilizing the knowledge of experts already involved in the management of fats, oils, and grease as well as input from new developments such as research and implementation feedback, this course presents implementation details for a variety of FOG control options for fats, oils, and grease.
The purpose of the training course is to present a spectrum of options that can be used as a basis for utilities to design and implement their own site-specific FOG management programs for preventing or eliminating the entry of FOG into the collection system.
