The committee shall recommend to the House of Delegates a firm to provide an annual audit of WEF's financial records; shall review financial and annual audit reports; and shall report to the House of Delegates annually, on WEF's Financial status.

The committee includes the WEF Treasurer, who serves as chair, and two House of Delegate members who are not currently serving on the Board of Trustees.
