The committee shall make annual recommendations to the Board of Trustees for recipients of the Federation awards. The committee shall develop and administer detailed criteria for evaluating nominations for Federation awards and medals established by the Board of Trustees. The committee shall have continuing oversight of the Federation's program of awards and medals and make appropriate recommendations to the Board of Trustees.
