IRS Form 990 - What's New
The U.S. Internal Revenue Service has made significant changes to the IRS Form 990 which all associations are required to file each year. The new version of the IRS Form 990 puts a greater emphasis on the governance aspects of associations and nonprofit organizations.  Information below will be helpful in understanding what these changes are.

What's New Summary - WEF has provided a brief summary of some major changes and features of the new form that will be effective for the 2008 tax year.

Audio Workshops - Between November 21 and December 12, the American Society of Association Executives is offering three audio workshops designed to educate associations on the changes and their impact.  Please note each workshop will focus on a specific area of change.
